Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak launches or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you if so.
Delivery Options (United Kingdom Only)
- Standard Shipping (UK): 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping (UK): 1–2 business days.
- Free shipping (UK): 3-5 business days.
- Important: BLX London only ships within the United Kingdom.
- No international shipping is available.
Preferred Courier
- Our preferred shipping partner is Evri.
- Most orders will be dispatched via Evri to ensure reliable delivery and tracking.
- In rare cases, we may use alternative couriers if required.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.
- Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or for orders over a certain value.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, no shipping refund will be issued in case of return.
- Otherwise, original shipping costs will be refunded if you return your order within the allowed window.
Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’ll work with Evri (or the courier used) to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
